TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. By placing an order you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.

  2. By placing an order you are agreeing that you will be responsible to provide free & safe workplace for our staff.

  3. By placing an order you are agreeing that your premises which will be our staff's workplace will be free of any sort of discrimination and un-acceptable behaviour.

  4. By placing an order you are agreeing to ensure that pets are leashed all the time while our staff is servicing your premises.

  5. Our staff will not remove doors/ windows to clean the tracks.

  6. We must be notified of any problems by 9am the following day (after the work has been completed).

  7. Any claims or problems will be not be accepted after this time.

  8. We encourage you to check 'bond cleans' and report any concerns by 9am the day after the work has been completed.

  9. Any problems or concerns associated with our work reported before 9am the following day will be fixed as we will return to the property and promptly fix any problems.

  10. We are not responsible for any other work carried out by any other company or person and will not return to the property to clean up any dirt, mess, etc. which is the result of other people entering the property, house, unit, etc.

  11. Once we leave a property we accept no responsibility.

  12. Payment of invoice by 'cash on the day' of which our services are provided.

  13. Invoice can be paid via direct bank deposit within the payment time which is listed on your invoice. This payment time is either 'upon receipt of invoice' or '7 day account'.

  14. Invoice can be paid via online payments through PayPal. You will need to have made arrangements for this prior to booking our professional services. A 3.5% additional fee will apply for this service to cover the costs associated with using PayPal.

  15. Failure to pay for any of the work in which we perform will result in the matter being handed over to our debt collection agent who will act on our behalf until all moneys have been collected and any expenses arising from the debt collection.

  16. We cannot commence any work without funds being cleared, except 'Cash on the Day' jobs.

  17. If you are not available during & after cleaning service, and our staff is unable to secure your property due to any reason, he/she is required to stay back until your arrival. In this situation $25 per hour charge + loss of any work will incur. By placing the order you are agreeing to abide by this charge.

  18. Standard clean does not include removal of items from cabinets / cubboards for dusting. If your require them dusted please remove them before our arrival. We will dust the cupboards/ cabinets for you and not the items.

  19. Standard clean does not include windows, doors, ovens clean. Please mention specifically if you require them cleaned up, additional charge applies.
